The Albannach — Breakfast & Dining

Breakfast at The Albannach is anything but ordinary. The sourdough bread is baked slowly in-house and forms the heart of the morning menu — topped with free-range eggs, house-smoked salmon, or a zingy avocado and homegrown tomato mix. Porridge is made with Scottish oats and finished with Palestinian dates, toasted almonds, and honey. Greens come from the Albannach kitchen garden, dairy from Connage Highland, and coffee from The Inverness Coffee Roasting Company. Guests staying at the B&B enjoy breakfast included in their room rate. The dining room and conservatory look out over the sea loch, making it one of the most atmospheric breakfast settings in the Highlands.
